It’s important that you keep HPE and your benefit providers informed if your address changes, especially for mailing your Form W-2 for wages after you leave. If your address is not up to date, benefits may be delayed or lost under certain programs. A change of address may also affect the availability of certain medical plans.
Address changes reported online through the HPE Benefits Center or by phone to the HPE Benefits Center will be reflected on your medical, dental, and vision benefits. For other benefits, report address changes to the benefits vendor for the program(s) in which you participate. For example, updating your address and other contact information with Fidelity will ensure you receive important communications and any Forms 1099-R required for distributions of 401(k) benefits.
