Available retiree medical plans

As a retiree under the HPE Retiree Medical Program, your available medical plans are based on where you live, your age, and the ages of your eligible dependents.

The chart below summarizes the types of medical plans that may be available. To elect coverage under certain medical plans offered by HPE, you must live in that plan’s service area. Contact the HPE Benefits Center or see your personalized enrollment worksheet for specific medical plans available to you as an eligible retiree.

**If you don’t participate in HPE retiree medical coverage or enroll in an individual insurance option through a public health exchange or Alight Retiree Health Solutions, you’ll only be eligible to enroll in the future within 60 days of losing group medical coverage through another employer (see If you decline HPE retiree medical coverage).
