You’re generally eligible for the former Digital Retiree Health Program if you joined HP as part of the HP/Compaq merger and you met all of the following criteria as of February 28, 1999:
To qualify, you must retire in a benefits-eligible status at age 55 or later with at least 10 years of vesting service under CAPP (or at age 65 or later, regardless of service, if your most recent hire date is before January 1, 1994). If you left Compaq or HP prior to qualifying, and later joined HP/HPE, you no longer retain eligibility for this program.
